Chris McGinnis lived across the street from Charlotte when she was growing up in Atlanta. Chris is now an author and "talking head" on CNN for travel issues.

Charlotte's brother Buddy (aka Arthur P. Laws, Jr.). He died in a car accident when he was 16. He was two years younger than Charlotte.
