At the last general meeting, the Greater Valley Glen Council voted to support the idea of establishing a California Animal Commission.

We, as members of the Council, ask that you appoint an advisory state commission with the purpose of writing proposals and advising localities on how to achieve the "no kill" goal at their public animal shelters. We believe this will benefit both animals and taxpayers.
