Discussed renewable energy policy letter. Copy given to all. Charlotte presents the issue as was presented to Sharon, Abraham and Charlotte at last meeting by Roberto Haraldson of the Silverlake Council at August 18^th meeting. Letter approved unanimously by all members present with change (friendly amendment) to add sentence, "dismal figure in comparison to the rest of the state."

Brief discussion about the animal shelter proposal, which is still being drafted. Full proposal will be presented at next meeting in October because it has to be in city offices by second week in November.
